Wintersun – отличная финская рок-группа. Музыка насыщена гармониями, быстрыми гитарами и клавишами, разнообразным вокалом. Слова и музыку сочиняет Яри Маенпаа, который не ограничивает себя каким-то одним жанром. В песнях слышны элементы пауэр-метала, фолка, дэт-метала, блэк-метала и чего угодно еще. К сожалению, группа не очень активна. У неё мало альбомов, а выступления редки. Но в 2019 году про них снова слышно.

Wintersun is a great Finnish metal band.s All songs are written by Jari Mäenpää, and you can here many different styles and genres in the music. There are tunes of power, folk, melodic, death, black and many other types of metal music. The band exists since 2003, the guys are not very active in recording new music and stage performance, but you can see them at few festivals in 2019 again.
